About the event:
Taking over downtown Haverhill, Creative Industry Night 2 brings together Haverhill’s creative economy for a night networking and entertainment. The second in our continuing series that began in May 2018 and featured several local businesses and startups.
This time ‘round we’re putting the spotlight on music in Haverhill, with headliner Wes Jackson. Wes is an accomplished entrepreneur, music producer, and co-founder of the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival. He’ll be discussing the business of music. The event begins at 90 Washington St, 2nd Floor and will feature local companies bringing music to Haverhill in a variety of ways. Doors open at 5:45 pm.
The event continues with a walking tour of downtown Haverhill, with stops at Coco Brown, a brand new creative space opening on Washington Street, Be Imagine Music Studio and Project Sound Recording. Lastly, we head to the Barking Dog Ale House for a reception and performances by Merrimack Delta Dub Set, Bliss, and Chaotic Sanity.
From creative agencies to design firms, clothing companies to makerspaces, and more, downtown Haverhill is becoming a hub for creative professionals looking for an affordable, accessible, and vibrant urban alternative. Come learn about our rapidly developing creative industry cluster. This is a great event for creative professionals in any industry; from artists to engineers to strategists and beyond, anyone looking to learn what’s brewing in downtown Haverhill.
